Lead Pulverizer Design Flow
When raw lead ore are dig out from the underground or mountain, excavators transport them to the lead processing plant. Then the jaw crusher, cone crusher crush the big lead ore to small size, the vibrating screens classify the crushed lead aggregates to many size range and the belt conveyors convey the classifyed lead ore aggregates to the store pile sites.
To produce lead ore particles, the crushed lead aggregates will be fed to the lead pulverizer mills after the lead crushing process. The vibrating feeder feed them to pulverizer mills, such as the ball mill steadily. Ground by the ball mill, the particles size are able to meet the lead concentrating process requirements.
Discharged from the pulverizer mill discharge opening, the lead particles are fed to the spiral classifier for primary separating process and standard particles will be sent to next lead ore concentors,like flotation machine and thicken machines, etc. Method depends on the lead production process design based on the practical situation
