When raw Zinc ore are dig out from the underground or mountain, excavators transport them to the Zinc processing plant. Then the jaw crusher, cone crusher crush the big Zinc ore to small size, the vibrating screens classify the crushed Zinc aggregates to many size range and the belt conveyors convey the classifyed Zinc ore aggregates to the store pile sites.
To produce Zinc ore particles, the crushed Zinc aggregates will feed to the Zinc pulverizer mills after the Zinc crushing process. The vibrating feeder feed them to pulverizer mills, such as the ball mill steadily. Ground by the ball mill, the particles size are able to meet the Zinc concentrating process requirements.
Discharged from the pulverizer mill discharge opening, the Zinc particles are fed to the spiral classifier for primary separating process and standard particles will be sent to next Zinc ore concentors,like flotation machine and thicken machines, etc. Method depends on the Zinc production process design based on the practical situation.
